The perfect scrub for summer

Before any departure and exposure to the sun, a visit to the bathroom and the gentle body scrub that goes with it is a must! The scrub will allow you to remove all dead skin and have skin ready to welcome a nice tan! And long-lasting of course! At Madame la Présidente, we are all fans of coffee grounds scrub! To scrub your entire body, we recommend:

  • 10 tbsp. coffee grounds
  • 8 tbsp olive oil

Mix these 2 ingredients and hop in the shower! In addition to having an effective scrub, olive oil will nourish and soften your skin.

2. A natural self-tanner

If you have fair skin, you probably understand the urge to use a self-tanner before lounging on the beach. Here's a tip to get a light tan naturally! Take a nice ripe apricot and crush it with 2 teaspoons. Let it macerate and filter this preparation.

3. Sunscreen: A holiday essential

On the beach, don't forget the sunscreen! Nobody wants to look like a lobster on the first day of vacation. Apply sunscreen with the right SPF before each exposure to the sun and reapply after each swim. Your skin will thank you!
